Granny Two Shoes

Another great blog I reciently found....

She has great ideas, tips, and links like this one...

Homemade Fabric Freshener
You can make your own fabric freshener inexpensively. This can be used the same way fabreeze is used, just pray it on and enjoy the freshness. This will freshen up your carpets, drapes, rugs, bedding, or closets. The essential oil will last for a long time and will make many bottles of freshener.

In a 6oz spray bottle add 5 ounces of tap water and ½ oz of vodka. The vodka will keep it from gathering mold. Now add 25 drops of ylang ylang essential oil or an essential oil that you prefer to use instead. I like ylang ylang because it has that fresh, floral aroma. Other essential oils that I like to make my fabric fresheners from are peppermint, orange, cinnamon, or rose. Shake well before using.

Check out her blog for more great ideas!

Thanks Granny!

Seriosly....If I get to have vodka in the house I am not spraying it on my furniture. Maybe it helps with fresh breath! :)

I decided that snuggle brand fabric softener is the best, easiest, greatest thing that has ever happened to my clothes. I'll have to give this one a whirl too. I love the graphic tee website. That's really cool
